crafts, and cottage foods* with the guarantee of bringing home products made with love and passion.

We also offer up to 3 food truck spots.

*Food and beverage businesses are responsible for having the permits and certifications to operate with all safety conditions.

If your application is approved, you will receive a Welcome Email, and then we will contact you directly to proceed with payment and logistic arrangements.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own 10’ x 10’ tent, tables, chairs, and displays they are going to need. Bracken Business Park Market Day doesn’t provide any furniture, cords, or elements not specified. • Be sure to attach your tent properly to avoid incidents because of the wind. • We can offer just a few of the stands with electricity access. This service will be provided with an extra fee. • We are a dog-friendly market. • In case of bad weather, there will be no refunds. There is no reason for cancelation of the event. • If you need to cancel your participation, you need to advise the staff and there is no place for money refunds. • Vendors can load and unload close to the assigned booth but must move their vehicles to the parking area immediately after unloading. • Once the event has finished, it is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that the area is clean and tidy, otherwise, you won’t be accepted for future events. Make sure to pick up your trash and deposit it in the complex's dumpsters. • The organizers provide the facilities at Bracken Business Park for the event to take place, but it is the responsibility of the vendors to ensure the security of their goods and belongings.

We receive payments by check or cash at Bracken Business Park, 18838 FM 2252 Suite 1803. Garden Ridge, TX 78266, or online payments via www.craftyppl.com (convenience fee $3). If you need electricity facilities, we can offer just limited spots with an extra fee of $5 per stand. Vendors must pay in advance up to 7 days before Market Day.
