Sandra Chaves is an Industrial Designer who has had a passion for ceramics, jewelry, candle making and other arts and crafts since she was a little girl.

She has a Master’s in Design Innovation from Elisava Escuela Superior de Diseno (Barcelona Spain) and finished her MBA at Texas A & M International in 2021.
​
The combination of design, arts and crafts . techniques, and business have enabled her to develop her brands. Sandra Chaves Design Studio and now Crafty Ppl.
A Colombian pastry chef with more than 10 years of experience, Wendy Runcie studied pastry and baking at Mariano Moreno Institute in Colombia.
​
She has also trained in different pastry techniques in England and the United States, developing her own methods. She is the owner of her own brand, called Amor Dulce.
​
Wendy is also a strategic communications expert; knowledge that she is applying now at Crafty Ppl as remote CMO.
