Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: -Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will incur a 7% transaction fee. -To cancel, Crafty Ppl must be notified in writing (via text message to 210-570-1077 or by email to craftyppl@outlook.com) at least 48 hours before the class start time. -Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will incur a $25 penalty per booking. -For private events, the deposit fee is non-refundable.
